Beaches & Dunes Everywhere:
A quiet sandy beach at the end of
your street, and every street
in Northport. The secret:
most people don't even know they are there!
Treat them as your own!
Just north of the Village you'll find even
more private beaches at the
Leelanau State Park. Walk through
the most beautiful trails to get to dunes and
beaches -- don't forget your picnic basket
and beach blanket (provided for our guests!)

The Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes
is a great day trip. The Dunes Climb is
a must do, then come home to the
quiet of your own deck and leave
the crowds behind!

The Manitou Island Lighthouse can
be reached by taking a terrific
day trip from Leland via boat to the island.
